Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF SIG)
Missouri was awarded a $2.3 million Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF SIG) to strengthen and advance community-based programs for substance abuse prevention, mental health promotion and mental illness prevention. The office of the Governor is the grant recipient and has designated the Department of Mental Health's Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse to administer the grant funds.
The state is required to ensure that 85% of the grant award each year will support local prevention providers and coalitions in collecting data on substance use trends, identifying needs, assessing community readiness, and identifying and implementing evidence-based programs, policies and practices for prevention.
Further information concerning the grant and funded coalitions may be obtained at: http://www.mospfsig.org.

It’s Not Worth It
It's Not Worth It is a tour of Missouri drinking laws and theconsequences of breaking those laws. Everyday teens and adults make a decision whether or not to consume or purchase alcohol and ultimately whether or not to get behind the wheel of a car.
Part I “Your Night Out.” - Victims and violators come together with shocking, personal testimonials on the horrors of drinking and driving.
