Parents Association Parent Association members are volunteers who raise funds to enhance the lives of the residents who reside at the Bellefontaine Habilitation Center. Membership Dues are $5.00 annually for family and friends of the mentally retarded. The Parent Association Newsletter is published on a bi-monthly basis.
