Cottonwood Residential Treatment Center is a residential program designed to meet the emotional and mental health needs of children and adolescents (ages 6-17) who meet the criteria for severe emotional disturbance.  Cottonwood serves children throughout the State who have severe emotional disturbance as well as those children dually diagnosed with emotional disturbance and mental retardation.

Directions to Cottonwood

From St. Louis:

Take I-55 South to Exit 99.
Turn left at Hwy 61 (Kingshighway).
Continue on Kinghighway to Broadway and turn left.
At Sprigg Street turn left and go approximately .7 mile.
Cottonwood is on your left Domino's Pizza will be on your right.

From Sikeston:

Take I-55 North to Exit 96 (William Street).
Turn Right at top of exit and continue approximately 3 miles to Sprigg Street.
Turn Left onto Sprigg and continue about 1.5 miles.
Cottonwood will be on your left Domino's Pizza will be on your right
