Well Being: Treatment Culture Shift 
The purpose of this policy statement is to define the model of well-being CPS has chosen as its Culture. With this policy, the Division:
- Clarifies for all stakeholders the implications of a move to a Well Being Culture;
- Outlines the dimensions within the definition;
- Provides examples of treatment approaches for potential outcomes and/or expectations;
- Describes the oversight process for implementation; and,
- Identifies potential consultation and technical assistance to facilitate the transition.
