Exceptions Committee - Statute 630.565
630.656. Waiver or exception request of administrative rule or standard procedure.
Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, any request for a waiver or exception of administrative rule or standard shall be approved by an exceptions committee created by the filing agency and such committee shall be considered a public governmental body operating under chapter 610, RSMo.
