Habilitation Centers Home | Lets Get Moving Manual (Revised August 2005) 
This manual was created by the Transition Team at St Louis Regional Center and is now being modeled statewide, to assist staff in supporting people as they move from habilitation centers to the community.
Each section of the manual may be accessed by links in the Table of Contents. Certain sections may contain St Louis specific information only. The Division of DD will be adding information specific to each region within the coming weeks.
