Due to limitations on the availability of funding, the Missouri Division of Mental Retardation (MRDD) is unable to immediately provide services to all individuals with disabilities. Persons will be served based on priority of need as defined by the utilization review process. This process was developed to ensure fairness among all consumers and families.
