ROLLA REGIONAL OFFICEOUR PURPOSE The Rolla Regional Office is a State agency that provides eligibility determination, crisis intervention and service coordination to citizens of Missouri with developmental disabilities. Our Office utilizes funds from the State of Missouri, Federal funding and local/county funds to purchase needed services for our customers. AREAS OF SERVICE The Office's area of coverage in Central Missouri include: Camden, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Maries, Miller, Iron, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski, St. Francois, Texas and Washington counties. Our main office is located in Rolla, Missouri (573) 368-2200. We also have satellite offices in: Camden (573) 346-6126, Osage (573) 897-2881, St. Francois (573) 218-7066, Texas (573) 674-3113 and Washington (573) 438-6792 counties. SERVICES AVAILABLE The primary service offered by our Office is Service Coordination. Our Service Coordinators will assist citizens with disabilities and their family to access services they want or need from an array of providers throughout our 14 county area, or from providers throughout the State, as necessary. These services include supports/services needed in the person's own home, training in specialized settings, out-of-home services/supports or residential services. CRISIS INTERVENTION Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Crisis Intervention/Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling our Rolla office (573) 368-2200. |
