information about a specific disorder or disability, about state and federal assistance

First Steps
The First Steps Program is an early intervention entitlement program for children who have developmental disabilities and are age birth to three years. There is no cost to the family for services under this program. Contact the System Point of Entry (SPOE) to access the First Steps Program. The toll free number is 1-800-811-1127, option 9.
