    Directions:

From St. Louis, take Interstate 55 South to the US-67 S exit (exit number 174B) toward Farmington. Take US-67 for 35.2 miles to Highway 221 / W exit ramp (the next exit past the Maple Street exit). Turn left at top of ramp and you will be on Highway W / Columbia Street. The entrance to the mental health center is approximately one mile on the right.

From Cape Girardeau, take Interstate 55 North to the Ste. Genevieve (Highway 32) exit.  Turn left at top of ramp, and travel west on Hwy. 32 for approximately 20 miles.  At the red light in Farmington, continue straight and follow Highway W signs through the city (follow highway signs closely, as the route is not straight due to one-way streets).  The mental health center will be on the left at the edge of town.
