Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center is the second largest employer in Farmington.  The facility employs approximately 550 persons, and because it is part of the Missouri Department of Mental Health, most employees are hired through the state Merit System.  This involves completion of an official State application on-line at www.ease.mo.gov.  Click here to obtain additional information or to print an application if it is not yet available on-line for the position for which you are applying.

Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center uses E-Verify after an offer of employment has been extended and accepted to verify employment eligibility.
