To be eligible for services . . .

• developmental disabilities, such as mental retardation, cerebral palsy, head injuries, autism, epilepsy, certain learning disabilities

• conditions must have occurred before age 22, with the expectation that they will continue

• must have functional limitations in 2 or more of the following areas:

-self care
-learning
-self direction
-mobility
-capacity for independent living
-receptive and expressive language

• live in Christian, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Hickory, Laclede, Ozark, Polk, Stone, Taney, Webster, or Wright county.
